1. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Pre-ordered items are generally non-refundable. However, an exception is made in the event that the items are delivered in a damaged condition. Customers are required to notify Sui Generis Neon within 24 hours of receiving to initiate the refund process.


2. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Sui Generis Neon will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


3. WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?

Sui Generis Neon will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or remake the Product at no charge towards the client.


4. HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sui Generis Neon is 1 Year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
 

5. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Disassembly and Installation Exclusion:
    • This warranty explicitly withholds coverage for any matters pertaining to the disassembly or reinstallation of the neon sign. Its applicability is exclusively restricted to the neon signage itself.
  • Unauthorized Modification:
    • Any alterations made to the product without proper authorization will promptly render the warranty null and void. Only those modifications authorized by Sui Generis Neon are eligible for coverage under this warranty.
  • Operational Duration:
    • The neon signage is meticulously engineered for a maximum operational duration of 12 hours daily. Continuous operation exceeding this 12-hour threshold will result in the warranty’s nullification, as such usage would be categorized as mishandling of the product.

  • Human Error Exemption:
    • This warranty does not encompass technical problems arising from human error or negligence. It is specifically designed to address issues stemming from defective components within the neon sign.
  • Water Resistance Disclaimer:
    • Neon sign made by Sui Generis Neon are not constructed to be water-resistant unless stated otherwise. Any form of contact with water or exposure thereto will invariably lead to the warranty’s voidance. This precautionary measure is necessitated by the potential damage that water exposure may inflict upon the neon sign.

  • Other Exemption:
    • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, and damages resulting from human error, misuse, mis-handling, or any other non-component related causes, are expressly not covered by this warranty.

 

6. HOW DO YOU CLAIM A WARRANTY?

After receiving your returned product and inspecting the condition of it, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 5 to 7 working days from the receipt of the product to process your exchange.
